Looks like most firsts are from that early 80s period so far, when technology reared its (dead) head for the tapers.

Thanks for specifying the first timeline too.
The 1970 I still have... I got in 1988. Yeah. That guy.

& thanks to tapers Jim S. & Dale S. (different 's'). That I met at the Jerry comeback shows 12.14...86. Jim was kind enough to send copies of every show thereafter (&, DAT copies of his old masters)..., & to George W. for his selfless dead-ication to sharing his live music since 1995.
